1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data of Users using the applications provided by the Controller.
2. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

3. DATA PROCESSING & PURPOSE
The Controller processes personal data to provide the services offered by the application, maintain technical security, and manage subscriptions. The Controller limits data collection to the minimum necessary. The following types of data may be processed:
Usage & Technical Data: Information such as IP addresses, device type, and system logs may be processed automatically to ensure the security and stability of the service (hosted via Netlify).
Subscription Data: Information regarding purchase history, subscription status, and anonymous user identifiers is processed to grant access to premium features.
User Input Data: Text or content entered by the User into the application (e.g., prompts for the AI assistant) is processed solely to generate the requested response.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS (PROCESSORS)
To provide the services, the Controller uses external entities (Data Processors) who process data on behalf of the Controller. These entities maintain their own privacy standards:
Netlify (Infrastructure & Hosting): Purpose: Backend relay and hosting services. Data Processed: IP addresses, server logs for security and fraud prevention. Privacy Policy: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/
RevenueCat (Subscription Management):Purpose: Managing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Data Processed: Purchase history, anonymous App User IDs. OpenAI (AI Services):Purpose: Processing user prompts and generating AI responses. Data Processed: User inputs (text prompts). Data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train their models. 5. LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the following grounds:
Article 6(1)(b) - Performance of Contract: Processing is necessary to provide the application's services (e.g., answering AI queries, verifying subscriptions).
Article 6(1)(f) - Legitimate Interest: Processing is necessary for security, fraud prevention, and technical maintenance.
6. USER RIGHTS

7. COOKIES
The Controller (or third-party providers like Netlify) may use technical cookies or similar technologies solely to ensure the proper functioning of the application and for security purposes. These are not used for advertising or tracking individual users across the web.
8. UPDATES The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any significant changes via the Controller's website or within the application.
